data plugin doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install rutorrent
2. install rpc plugin
3. install data plugin
4. Open Browser and try to download a file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect have get data option in file menu.
I don't see get data option in file menu

What environment are you using?
1. My ruTorrent version is 3.4
2. My rTorrent version is 0.89
3. I use web-server apache2 it version is apache 2.2 on OS ubuntu 12.04
4. I use browser chromeit version is 29.0.1547.62 on OS MacOSX Mountain Lion

Are some errors present in the web-server log?

Are some errors present in the browser error console?

Please provide any additional information below.

1) For which reason you use such anсient version?
2) Attach 2 screenshots. First - with opened 'Plugins' tab, second - with 
opened files context menu.
