Ampersand not handled correctly in RSS download URLs #862

When using RSS feeds, the download URLs sometimes have & in them. Like - 
http://thesite.com/download?hash=axd&digest=234 The hash gets converted to 
& in rutorrent/rtorrent due to which the download fails

1. My ruTorrent version is 3.5
2. My rTorrent version is 0.9.2

1) Try to use svn version.
2) If this problem still present, paste *working* example of the concrete RSS 
feed.
