Multi announce url/server "Tracker: [Timeout was reached]"

Private tracker with 2 announce url's the "nr 2" is a backup that's not online.

While rutorrent connect to the active announce just fine, but after a little 
while the torrents gets "red" and is label "Tracker: [Timeout was reached]". 

It's connect to the activ announce but not to the offline backup.

Hope there will come a fix so the rutorrent doesn't label hole torrent as red 
offline just because one of the trackers is offline.
