it‘s unpredictable

What environment are you using?

2. My rTorrent version is...
0.9.3
3. I use web-server... it version is... on OS...
nginx 1.4.3 Archlinux
4. I use browser... it version is... on OS...
firefox

Are some errors present in the web-server log?

Are some errors present in the browser error console?

Please provide any additional information below.

Sometimes cannot connect with rtorrent，report check sgci port or something 
like this，but the rtorrent and nginx both runs normally，as far as I checked 
the systemctl status.

But after reboot，once or more times，it turns out all right，no error. 
it‘s unpredictable.

Sorry, but when you have visit to doctor, you talk to him in the same manner? 
"My legs are ill... Or, may be, not legs... Or something like this..."

Paste here diagnostic. And what about web-server log?

sorry,i wil put logs up later. Because the log of the nginx is so big in size,i 
can not figure out now.

i should clean the logs out and try to reboot again to mess out the problem 
logs. :-)

it happened again,rtorrent cannot connect with rtorrent.

i put the nginx log  with attached file.

1) Set valid timezone settings in the php.ini.
2) Use plugin RPC or HTTPRPC instead nginx scgi module.
