Configuration not saving

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Changing ports for example
2.saving data
3.Restarting rutorrent, config is changed back to default

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What environment are you using?
1. My ruTorrent version is 0.13.2
2. My rTorrent version is 0.9.2
3. I use web-server... it version is... on OS...
4. I use browser... it version is... on OS...

Are some errors present in the web-server log?

Are some errors present in the browser error console?

Please provide any additional information below.

What is normal about that? You can go in and change in the menu and save but it 
disappears. Really it seems like a defect. Who would want it to be that way? 
Never seen that in any other software.

Yet once - this is a normal behavior. If you want permanent changes, then you 
must put its to the rtorrent.rc.

Where is this normal behaviour? Is this the way you want it to work? Why even 
put the settings in the gui and being able to save thise if it doesnt work. I 
dont understand... Its like saying its normal not being able to lock the dorr 
because there is no lock. Install a lock please ;)
