Precent of completion should be only shown of files that have been selected for download #908

Could you please make ruTorrent show the completeion precenf of those files 
what are allowed/selected for download? If I have a 2GB torrent and I only 
chose 200MB of it to download, please make rutorrent calculate the precent 
based on that. (200MB of 200MB downloaded(100% is downloaded of selection, it 
still shows 10% completed and stays that way, it should display 100% instead)

There should be a indication that all the files have been downloaded what user 
has selected. Atleast it should be marked as completed.
