can't get rutorrent to work please help me

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i tried to install it using ssh but failed
2. so i download it from bintary and upload to the server then i extract it to 
mydomainname.com/rutorrent
3.tried to use it like add torrent but failed and showing this message " No 
connection to rTorrent. Check if it is really running. Check $ scgi_port and $ 
scgi_host settings in config.php and scgi_port in rTorrent configuration file. "

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What environment are you using?
1. My ruTorrent version is...ruTorrent v3.6 (svn $Rev: 2404 $)
2. My rTorrent version is... i don't know
3. I use web-server... don't know it version is...don't know on OS...centos 6.5
4. I use browser google chrome it version is...34.0.1847.131 m on OS...windows 7

Are some errors present in the web-server log?
i don't know how to log into the web server or what is it 
Are some errors present in the browser error console?
