JS crashes after update of nginx in Raspbian #931

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. update nginx from 1.2.1 to 1.6.0, following:
http://virtualitblog.blogspot.com/2013/05/install-nginx-141-raspberry-pi.html

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What environment are you using?
1. My ruTorrent version is 3.6
2. My rTorrent version is 0.92
3. I use web-server nginx it version is 1.6.0 on Raspbian
4. I use browser Firefox/IE it version is 30.0/IE11 on Win 8.1 x64

Are some errors present in the web-server log?

Are some errors present in the browser error console?
JS error: [https://***********/js/jquery.js : 2] TypeError: a is null

Please provide any additional information below.
Everything worked well before the update of nginx...
