Specify tool/utility for search in `nb browse` #288

Hi there,

It would be great if we could specify a utility/tool like rg when using nb browse. My bash scripting isn't good enough to understand how to add this myself, unfortunately. If you could provide any guidance, I'd be happy to create a PR.

I've created PR #289 to help address this, although for consistency, it might be best to add a --tool/utility option to browse as well.
