Would you be open to a PR that adds GitHub actions?

Maybe like this, it could have actions for linting, Jest tests, and PHPUnit tests.

If you're up for it, I'll open the PR.

This repo should be archived and deprecated and foo-bar should be used but there’s not been time to make the transition.
