Fixes #63

[x] Update Webpack config to use chunkhash in the output bundle filename.
[x] Use a custom instance of DependencyExtractionWebpackPlugin to keep the asset.php file plain, without the hash.
[x] Load the version string from the *.asset.php file and compile the final JS URL.
