Stream not capturing EDD report exports #981

It looks like the plugin is meant to be capturing EDD Report Exports, but this isn't showing up in the log.

To replicate,

  1. Go to Downloads > Reports
  2. Click the "Export" tab
  3. Export any sort of customer or product history
  4. Check the Stream log

We would like to keep tabs on these exports in particular, since they contain sensitive information that shouldn't be exported without purpose.

@scottbuscemi A lot of the logic surrounding export file in EDD has changed drastically, so restoring support will be tricky.

Curious if EDD 3.0 will make this easier :)
