A user views and edits an image's properties using the block editor's Sidebar Sections

Feature description

As a user I want to be able to adjust the Unsplash image's properties after I insert it into my content using the block editor's Sidebar Sections.

I would expect that I can edit the following aspects of this instance's image:

• Styles
  • default
  • Rounded
• Image Settings:
  • Alt Text
  • Image size -> drop down w/ selector options Full Size, Large, Medium, Thumbnail
  • Image dimensions manual entry fields -> ability to enter value in fields with auto aspect ratio retention
  • Image dimension size selector -> ability to manually select size % (25, 50, 75, 100, reset)

NB - these are all settings copied from the core image block

Acceptance criteria

1. Unsplash image block presents presents users with the settings detailed above in the block sidebar
2. Users are able to adjust and change the settings noted with the same results with the core Image block
3. changes made to ALT text, Descritpion, Title or Caption in the settings panel are preserved in the site's Media Library on import. Not auto-importing the image results in no change.

Implementation brief

• Replicate most of the core image block to render the block settings.
• Import the core save component and other helper methods to re-use in the edit component.

QA testing instructions

confirm that the user is able to use the properties modifiers presented to them in the block's Sidebar section
