The user is not presented with the "No results" indicator

Bug Description

When a user executes a search that returns no results there is no indication of this presented as there previously was

Expected Behaviour

Search that presents no results should show the user "No results" message

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a post and add new media, selecting Unpslash tab as the source
2. perform a search using random letters as input
