Bug Description

When viewing the Media attachment details and the edit image view in the Media Library the link to the original image is not always shown:

eg: https://dev-unsplash.pantheonsite.io/wp-admin/upload.php?item=995 shows the link: Screen Shot 2020-06-04 at 11 59 32 AM

while https://dev-unsplash.pantheonsite.io/wp-admin/upload.php?item=995 does not Screen Shot 2020-06-04 at 12 00 32 PM

Steps to reproduce

View the assets in the Media library, select one to open the Image attachment details
