Remove SDK #90

Summary

Remove SDK and replaces with custom API logic.
Merges Search and menus endpoints, to remove repeated logic.
Fixes issue where error message never shows up, as error when testing height and weight.
Changes build to not include directories and not run composer.
Update API cache to work again.
Error handling for 400, 404 and 429 errors.
Remove log_error method as unused.
Improve test coverage for 6%
