Revisions after publish #174

Should a published snapshot have revisions? I've notices them showing up as autodrafted revisions after a changeset has been published.

You shouldn't be able to changed a published snapshot. So no, there shouldn't be any new revisions for a published snapshot since publishing it should have the effect of locking it.
