Adblock Plus & widget controls set to display:none in customizer #87

I just noticed that when I have adblock plus activated in chrome the widgets don't show up in the customizer panel. Weird! Thought I'd report this in case other people ran into this issue too.

So I thought it might be adblock plus that was causing the sidebar widget controls not to show up because when I disabled it they reappeared. But I then realized it was still happening, but not every time.
