One thing that I would like you to do is to detail your implementation to a much greater degree than we did in the paper. For a research paper, your implementation details are an engineering detail that should not be overemphasized. For a thesis, the implementation documents the work that supports it. So please plan to add the architectural, design, and implementation details, including several screenshots. Remember that space is not an issue anymore! Also, you may want to add more related work items if you like. Definitely, add the survey you set up as a standalone appendix.
My general rule of thumb for Masters theses is ~100 pages and 100+ references. When you include implementation details, filling in the space should not be an issue.
