ics-openvpn as library project #239

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. include ics-openvpn in my project as library project.
2. my app launches ics-openvpn, android permission asks to start but after it 
is not starting VPN Service
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What mobile phone are you using?

Which Android Version and stock ROM or aftermarket like cyanogenmod?

Please provide any additional information below.

Yeah. What is this ticket about? You failed to modify the source to do what you 
want but did not include any source code or any other information.
