How do i get this work #10

Yo

I tried changing version in the config, but when i put the version to the newest (20190924) and internal version is correct, somehow my osu says when i start it "osu! is up to date 20190808"

What I did was before changing the config.ini file, I went to the actual Osu! application, opened it, and click the update osu! button at the bottom of the screen in the menu. Then, I went to config.ini, changed the version to the newest version, opened hqOsu.Loader.exe and everything seems to work normally.
