Rename artifactId to artifactIdx when referring to index of GameSequence[].
Add some missing dom attribute labels for GameDisplay, TopMessage, Nav and AboutPage.
Change attribute labels of nav from camelCase to hyphen-separated.
Give hint text a DOM id equal to their artifactId.
