[mac] enable use of clang compiler #349

Chromium began using the clang compiler by default on Mac with revision 101239. 
We can't use clang with CEF currently due to 
http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=10990. Re-enable use of clang on Mac once 
this bug is fixed.
