Updated ubuntu library - Failed to fetch old library #166

Hello everybody,

I just tried to run the Kaggle notebook, but I've received an error stating: E: Failed to fetch http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/c/c-ares/libc-ares2_1.18.1-1ubuntu0.22.04.2_amd64.deb 404 Not Found which is correct since the library has been updated to /libc-ares2_1.18.1-1ubuntu0.22.04.3_amd64.deb
