Note in the readme that this is in linux 3.17 #43

Put this in a subsection like "With kernel 3.17+" or so and put a copy+paste example on how to use it.

I just amended the commit. It is now a more invasive change, but should be clearer.

This looks good. And I do not need a Kinect to test it, which I do not have :)
