Plasma::Icon replace with Plasma::IconWidget in 4.2 #1

Current SVN is using Plasma::Icon however in KDE 4.2 this has changed to
Plasma:IconWidget.

Patch is attached to correct this.

Thanks for your report... Development of GmailNotifier is currently stopped 
since I'm
busy working on another project right now and I'm also waiting for the stable 
KDE 4.2
to be released to continue working on it.

I'll leave your report open for now until your patch is applied to the trunk.
