Implement ctrl + scroll wheel for increasing and decreasing font size #24

For improved accessibility. 

I'm not sure if this should be a temporary zoom feature, or actually change the 
font size and be persisted in the settings file.

We may not be able to implement this feature satisfactorily: the WinForms tree 
view has a lot of issues using non-standard fonts / sizes... we'd have to get 
into the business of manually drawing the tree, which is a daunting task.
