Activate button is gray. Unable to start recording #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open source demo (in game or not)
2. Notice the gray activate button.
3. Cry

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Well while normally I am able to activate it, not the activation button is not 
responding. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows 7 64 bit.
Srcdemo build 2012-03-08
Made sure to install 32 java.

Please provide any additional information below.
Don't know what much is needed. Everything worked before..

At the bottom on that screenshot, it says the folder is not empty. Is the 
folder empty?

Yes. I have made a completely new empty folder (twice) for this while trying to 
figure out the issue.
Also tried reinstalling. No effect, but it did remember my settings despite 
deleting from the control panel, so it might had not remove everything.

Does it work if you select an empty folder completely elsewhere? Like in some 
other game directory, or on another partition?

Wait a second. After selecting a other folder, and than selecting the first one 
back the bug stopped. It's all ok now.
