"Remote Display Server" gets disabled at startup #38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create VM with RDP enabled
2. Start VM from Web Console
3. Watch how the status of "Remote Display Server" changes to "Disabled"
after a second or 2.

What is the expected output? That "Remote Display Server" stays enabled
What do you see instead? That "Remote Display Server" gets disabled

What version of the product are you using? VirtualBox 3.12, latest take
from SVN of the Web console.

On what operating system? Ubunto 9.10

Please provide any additional information below.
For some reason, changing to the "Console"-Tab and back sometimes
re-enables "Remote Display Server". 
Also, notice, the reading of "Remote Display Server" on the web console
seems to follow the experience of actually trying to connect to the VM
using RDP.

From what I can see the details listed under Issue #27 show what I am also 
seeing -
the vboxheadless process is being started with the --vrdp off
 parameter - effectively disabling any remote console access.

I think this might be the same issue as Issue #37. A source code fix is listed 
there
that works for me.
