Apps from Japanese Market no longer show on Nexus One Official Gingerbread Rom #119

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install N1 GB rom (rooted, deodexed with busybox)
2. Simulate Japanese GSM on Market Enabler. (Sim: 44026 for Docomo)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Paid and free apps from Japanese market should appear. Instead they don't. No
such item is found.

What version of the product are you using? On what ROM?
Using latest 3.1.1.2 version of Market Enabler. On Gingerbread Rom GRI40 stock,
deodexed, rooted for Nexus One (Android 2.3.3).

Please provide any additional information below.
Reverting back to CM7 nightly for Nexus One (Android 2.3.2) works for Market
Enabler. Japanese apps can be searched and found using this rom. Previously
bought Japanese apps are also listed under my apps in this rom.
Also note that in both roms, Market version is 2.3.3.

Sample japanese application is a paid app called Symphony of Eternity.

Attach a logcat output if possible.

CM7 is based of GB.
The problem that you have seems to be the common build.props problem (a lot of
roms in early stage have this).

I will keep this issue open until the exact reason is found.

Do you have a simcard that can see paid or protected apps without MarketEnabler?
If yes, if you see them but they disappear after MarketEnabler use then
something is strange but if you even don't see them on the new ROM without
using MarketEnabler but you can see them with CM7 then it's definitly pointing
into build.props.

Hi, I have no such sim card. But the latest CM7 nightly has already merged GB
2.3.3 and it still works with Market Enabler. So I suppose I'll stick to CM7.
