It's already maxed out, and I have the volume balanced between all apps, but sometimes on chrome a video might just have lower volume than usual so it can be very annoying

It's all up to date, the problem comes from some individual videos where the person that made it simply made the volume too low accidentally

I know that it is relatively easy to locate the shortcut list (and/or the function list), but it would be faster if there was a shortcut that displayed the shortcut list on-screen while watching a video. Then one would theoretically need to learn only one shortcut to learn them all. You could display the link to the manual at the bottom of the screen as well, and then it would be all-encompassing. :)
