[BUG] Arrow key scrolling sometimes is broken #505

  1. 问题描述 Under some conditions, default scrolling behavior arrow up/down key (incl. numpad) becomes broken.

  2. 出现上述问题的地址 One example: (Applies to multiple lists under steampowered.com) https://store.steampowered.com/category/visual_novel If arrow key happens to scroll (sometimes after F5), click "Show more" and arrow scrolling should definitely stops working.
    (It is unlikely a focus problem, with h5player, clicking page again does not fix arrow scrolling.)

  3. 你使用的浏览器与浏览器版本信息 Version 108.0.5359.124 (Official Build) (64-bit)
    Ubuntu 20.04
    Tampermonkey & h5player latest

"Global Settings" menu entries are weird - it occasionally show after a amount of time, but more likely, never.
