CPU frequency always maxed #38

Hello!

Thanks for your amazing work. I tried your EFI on my xps 15. However, my CPU is pinned to ~4.0 ghz and won't clock down. The activity monitor shows 70-80% usage for kernal_task. Any idea what it could be?

Which CPU is in your xps? Does it happen without plugging in any USB device?
