Goal created should be displayed in the GUI as well #6

As specified in the UG, I think that the goal created should be reflected in the GUI as well and not in an external file as it penalises skilled typers who have to go look for these information. Also, it is also hard for users to keep track of, which defeats the purpose of it. Furthermore, it cannot be assumed that all the users can read json file.

Team's Response

This is definitely not a functionality bug or documentation bug. It is a possible additional feature. But it is not important as when the user completes the exercise the goal is updated and the user is informed of his goal of calories. There is not much purpose in informing the user of his goal if he hasnt completed any exercise anyway.

 Issue response

Team chose [response.Rejected]

Reason for disagreement: I disagree with the view that "There is not much purpose in informing the user of his goal if he hasnt completed any exercise anyway" as I believe that the feature to set a goal is incomplete without the ability to view the goal on the GUI after setting. This is important to complete the user experience especially in a exercise tracker application, where users would want to be able to check on the goals set readily for reasons such as to see how far they are away from the goal/ be motivated by the goal set etc instead of needing to key in another exercise completed just to see the goal. If the goal set is not so accessible by the users, it defeats the purpose of having it. Furthermore, if the users are unable to view the goal, there might be other inconveniences such as the users not realising they have keyed in a wrong goal or a wrong day and can only realise when they entered a new exercise entry.

Also, there was only one section on how users will be able to to view how far they are away from their daily goals (under adding an exercise) and it was very easy to miss as there was no form of signposting to signal this rather important message, which can create greater confusion for users who attempt to use this feature.

 Issue severity

Team chose [severity.VeryLow] Originally [severity.High]

Reason for disagreement: I believe that it is important for the goal set to be reflected somewhere in the GUI as the feature is incomplete without it. Only flaw that is purely cosmetic and does not affect usage e.g. typos is considered to be VeryLow. In this case, I disagree that this flaw is purely for cosmetic purposes as this feature is now incomplete without it. In fact, the users now cannot get a full user experience from adding a goal as they now have difficulties and major inconveniences accessing it.
