Is this abstract/ paper available online? #1

Hi Xin,

I tried to find the corresponding paper/ abstract online but failed. I was wondering if it is available online now? Thanks! By the way, from the code it seems to be for multi-organ segmentation for CT images. Is that right? Thanks!

Dear Cheng, thanks for your interest in this code. The code and model are designed and tuned to segment 7 substructure of heart from CT, you can refer to the WW-MHS Challenge of MICCAI 2017: http://www.sdspeople.fudan.edu.cn/zhuangxiahai/0/mmwhs/

the performance of this code ranks No.2 for CT segmentation in the Challenge. the framework is general, you can adapt it to other segmentation tasks easily. This code is the work for the paper "Hybrid Loss Guided Convolutional Networks for Whole Heart Parsing" which is accepted in STACOM Workshop of MICCAI 2017. Currently, the workshop proceeding is not online, but it will be soon.
