Fix wiki theme content width #21

Fixed full screen layout. Also there are some mistakes in css. In my opinion this app is a bit oldschool. You should use composer and other tools for building modern web application.

Thanks @emptyhand but im going with #22 because it's using flexbox And yeah composer is definitely in the pipeline

As far as I know flexbox isn't supported by all browsers.
