Would it make more sense to move the changelog content (major, minor fixes) present on readme.md to a certain file such as [root]/changelog.md so a viewer wouldn't be bombarded by this content when they first saw it? The idea is to just make the readme.md
This is just an idea and it's totally fine if it would be deemed as a non-important issue.
