Pre-requisite missing from installation instructions #174

I just installed onedrive-d on a fresh Ubuntu 15.04 system (as in the hard drive was blank 4 hours ago) The installation instructions are just missing the requirement to have python3-setuptools installed. Other than that the process went well.
