Installation behind a proxy #175

Is it possible to install onedrive-d behind a proxy? I have reach the point were I have to paste the callback URL, but then nothing happens. I suppose it is a connection problem due to the proxy settings.

This version does not support proxy, but the new version (https://github.com/xybu/onedrive-d) supports proxies by design.
