Prepare for Sonatype release #3

Overview

This PR prepares the project for Nexus Sonatype releases per the requirements of the Central repository:

Updated pom.xml to add license, scm and project description.
Added maven-sources-plugin, maven-javadoc-plugin and maven-gpg-plugin.
Added JavaDoc for the main TreeExplainer class.
Updated README for more example usage.
