Congratulations on your recent paper!

I'm trying to get this to run, and have found the following requirements to be missing:

torch_geometric
torch_sparse
torch_scatter

Thank you so much! These three packages belong to PyG package which need to be carefully installed, and the installation is shown in my tutorial. (in 2.2 setup: "4.Install PyTorch Geometric and related packages, replace cu116 with your CUDA version if different (e.g., cu117 for CUDA 11.7)")

Fair, I was going by the requirements.txt.

Got it calculating.

What Data preprocessing steps do you suggest, the tutorial has just a filler :) ?.
