No push received even after getting {regId} , {userId}, {channelId} #6

Does anyone here..? I have XF 4.0.0.6.29655-pre2, Baidu.Android.PushService with 1.0.4, android...support.xx.. with 28.0.0.1 and getting the {regId}, {userId},{channelId} but no push notifications coming either from Azure Test send method or Baidu Push notifications console. Any heads-up.?
