Hotkey based navigation would be amazing if it had the following properties:

hotkey toggles the calendar instead of leaving it open
hotkey immediately focuses on the calendar without having to press Tab
pressing the "Enter" key on a calendar day open the journal page for that day (as if it was clicked on)
