Cannot unhide hidden Menu items #107

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.for Auto Attendant or CDR-CSV, remove Hidden, add Superadmin
2.Save
3.Go to Apps menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see the App listed. Instead the app is not listed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r1230 on OpenWRT with FS 1.0.7

Please provide any additional information below.
When I look in the v_menu table, the MenuGroup column is blank. If I edit this 
to be superadmin then the App displays in the App list. The menuGUID entries in 
v_menu_groups appear to be correct.

If I hide a Menu, e.g. Call Detail Records (the xml one), it no longer appears 
inteh Apps list. However, I can't make it come back using Menu Manager, I have 
to Retore Defaults to make it re-appear. (Just in case someone says the two I 
originally mentioned are deprecated.)

This also fails if I use the method you recommend in response to suggestion in 
Issue 109. I removed all Groups. Menu item is gone (e.g. Phones). When I add 
one or more back, the menu doesn't reappear. Logging out and back in makes no 
difference either.
