Search and filter function #131

I'm hoping to have a search and filter function for extensions, gateways, and 
dialplans. It will be easier for us to look for item we need to view or change 
if we have a large scale of accounts.

It is planned for extensions and dialplans. Gateways seem unlikely to reach 
that large of a number unless you are a voip carrier with many upstream 
providers.

Search is now available for extensions in version 3.5 so you probably need to 
update to the latest.
