strange artefact at mod/modules/v_modules_edit.php

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to mod/modules/v_modules.php
2. Click to edit any module.
3. Look at the right of the "Module category" select.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There shouldn't be anything at the right of the choice.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Actually you stumbled into a feature that you don't understand. That box helps 
indicate that there is ability to add other categories. In the select choose 
'Other' then the input text box will expand and allow you to add a new category.
