FreeSwitch conf.orig not created after 2455 #240

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install FusionPBX using 2455 or later
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see conf.orig in FreeSWITCH directory. Instead conf itself is 
replaced (no backup copy)
If you install using 2454 it works correctly

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
This is on windows 2003 (WHS) and Windows 7. Not sure if fails on other 
platforms.
Problem seems to be related to the change to recursive_copy in 
classes/install.php

It also appears that some directories, e.g default, conf, sounds are created 
anyway in a directory called FreeSWITCH, even though FreeSWITCH is not 
installed. This is in contrast to the intent of the change, which is to allow 
installing FusionPBX before installing FreeSWITCH.

Re: orig section, fixed
With v2467 and fresh install of FS, the conf.orig directory is now created

Re: Comment 1 above, tested with v2467: not fixed
With 2467 and no FreeSWITCH installed, the conf,log,recordings, 
scripts,sounds,storage directories are created in c:\ aka root. Tested on Win 7

OOPs, should have checked further :-( the new conf directory has all the 
directory names but no files! So not completely fixed (on Win 7 at least)

Worked with Gerrit latest tests worked so closing the issue.
