Incorrect Dialplan URL #261

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to dialplan
2.Create a new one, or edit or delete an existing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After a while you will be redirected to fusionpbxdialplans.php instead of 
fusionpbx/app/dialplan/dialplans.php

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.3

Please provide any additional information below.
I changed the urls in dialplan_copy.php, dialplan_delete.php and 
dialplan_edit.php from:
".PROJECT_PATH."dialplans.php?...
to:
".PROJECT_PATH."/app/dialplan/dialplans.php?...
And there is no problem anymore.

This was corrected on May 15 in R2557 by Mark. You will need to do an update 
(carefully as always of course)
