It would be neat to either mark a gateway as T.38 compatible under 
Accounts->Gateways, or to have a dropdown list under the Fax Server Settings to 
allow the admin to manually select the T.38 compatible gateway, and prevent the 
case where when multiple gateways are present and a non-T.38 gateway gets used.

There may already be a way to do this that I'm unaware of in the Dialplan 
Manager.
