Callcenter Bugs #307

This is on latest FusionPBX [3.1]. Revision: 2766

Callcenter is set up in a multi-tenant environment.

Apps->Callcenter, Edit the queue.

The Load|Unload|Reload buttons all fail, and the api command is not sent to the 
switch.
